Big Otter Elementary has two resource teachers. The resourse teachers provide Planning Periods and Duty Free Lunch for classroom teachers.

Mr. White is beginning his 35th year with Clay Co. Schools. He is the teacher of the year for 2008-2009. Mr. White teaches Physical Education to 1st., 2nd, 4th, and 5th graders. He will teach 3rd graders the writing process. Mr. White will also conduct a choir with 4th/5th graders. He will be the director of performances for Big Otter Elementary School.
